Are there any risks for a non-immunized child to go swimming in the local swimming pool?
The swimming pool itself confers no more risk than any other venue where children who are not immunized may come in contact with diseases to which they are susceptible. Fortunately, mass immunization protects some children who are not immunized via "herd immunity"; that is, children who are immunized do not carry the diseases to which non-immunized children are susceptible.
The bottom line is: children who are not immunized are always at greater risk for these diseases, and the larger the crowd, the higher the risk.
