I have a 6-month-old baby. Is it too early to get her started becoming familiar with books? I'm an avid reader and would like to open up the world of books to my daughter, too. Any suggestions for a tot so young?

It is never too early to introduce books to an infant! Start with the cloth books and the small board books. Some good authors to begin your collection are Eric Carle and Sandra Boyton. Also, board books with real photos of babies are great. A great time to read with your child is before nap or bed time. Enjoy!
