Diana's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

November 5, 2001

I finally got Jessica's birthday pictures (well, not all of them, but most of them!) uploaded to her Yahoo! page. Take a look: (http://photos.yahoo.com/jessica_elizabeth_2000)

What's new with us?

Jessica's getting another molar! It's the one where she's had a bruise on her gum for the past month, so I'm glad it's finally coming in. I can't imagine how it must have felt to have a bruised gum for weeks on end!

Jessica wore a cute little lizard costume for Halloween. She only wore it at daycare for a little while--they took the kids out and paraded them around campus! It was cute. I took pictures, and I'll post them as soon as I get them developed.

Hockey season is here. That's about all I have to say. My stepkids both play, we go to college games here in town, and then our television is almost constantly on hockey games this time of year too. I am officially a "hockey widow!" Oh well. At least the World Series is over!

We are not going to see Grammy and Papi again until Christmas. *pout* We were supposed to spend Thanksgiving with them and Christmas with Carl's family, but we switched. It's better for everyone this way, but it means it will be a month longer before we get to see my family. One of the reasons we changed, though, was so I could spend a week at my parents' house, which I wouldn't be able to do on Thanksgiving break.

Well, I think that's all our news. At least, it's all the news I can think of! Life is so hectic! Hopefully we'll be moving to Toddlers Today soon, so keep your eyes peeled!!

Until next time...
Diana Elena, proud Mommy of:
Jessica Elizabeth, almost 13 months old!!
