Introduction

Hello,
My name is Bridget, and I'm a 26-year-old stay-at-home mom. I met my husband when we were in college. He proposed to me our senior year, and we got married after graduation. Seven months after our wedding, I found out I was pregnant with my first child, Dylan. We lived in the suburbs of Chicago when my husband was transferred down south. It is there that I got pregnant with my daughter, Kaitlyn. She was born after my husband's company moved us back up to the Chicago suburbs. This is where our story begins.

Dylan turned 3 the beginning of February. Dylan took almost 20 hours of labor and was two weeks early. He is a very spirited child and requires a lot of my attention. He is very loving, and I couldn't ask for a better toddler. He has his days, and now that Kaitlyn is getting older, the sibling conflicts have just begun.

Kaitlyn, on the other hand, is very mellow and loving. She is 16 months old. I delivered her in less than three hours without an epidural. I can't wait to tell her that when she and I are in conflict when she is 16. She was two days late from my original due date. She truly knows how to be fashionably late.

Our children are almost 22 months apart, and my husband would like a third at anytime. So stay tuned to more stories of diapers, pacifiers and breastfeeding.

God Bless,
Bridget, Dylan and Kaitlyn
