"Um, Miss we have a room for that!"
November 3, 2006
Megan is growing like a weed. She was almost 9 lbs at her two week visit. She is now almost 4 wks old and in Size 1 diapers already. Time is going by so quickly I don't know how to react to this. She has gotten over a cold and is starting to sleep in the bassinet again. I'm still not getting much sleep becase sometimes she wants to eat every two hours at night. We are trying to put her on a schedule like we did the other two kids but she is really hard to keep awake. She did do something amazing today. SHE ROLLED OVER! At first I thought oh that can't be, she isn't even a month old yet. Low and behold, She did it again from her tummy to her back. Guess all that tummy time has paid off. She has almost outgrown her 0-3 month clothes. The days are flying by and I don't know where all the time has went. She loves her baths since her belly button is healed. No more sponge baths for her. I put her in the tub today and she relaxed and pooped in the water. :)
Kaitlyn (who is two weeks away from being the big 2) has started to potty train again. YES! I am so ready to move on from changing her diaper. She is started to get more upset and jealous with me as I am nursing the baby. She always wants me to hold her so sometimes I will put Megan in the swing and just cuddle her. This seems to be helping and she is less likely to act out.
They both went trick or treating and had a blast. I was shocked at all the candy
they got and Dylan seems to think he deserves to eat it every hour.
I'm thinking about the holidays and how before you know it, Christmas will be here. Thanks for reading and if you have posted on my TALK TO ME board, thanks. I was having trouble posting back so I will keep trying.
Yay today is also our 5th Anniversary. Five years and three kids later and we are still going strong. :-) So happy Anniversary Chris (Dh) if you are reading this.
God Bless
Bridget, Dylan, Kaitlyn, and Megan Brooke
