She's HERE!!! Megan Brooke!

October 15, 2006

Wow she is here. After going in on Tuesday Oct. 10th for a 6:00 induction. She is here. My husband named her Megan Brooke. She was 7 lbs 14 oz and 20 inches long. By far the biggest baby I have ever delivered. This was the easiest delivery out of all of my kids. They started my pitocin at 9 and placed my epidural. The doctor then broke my water and I was dilated 6-7cm. I went to complete in no time flat and the actual pushing part only lasted 7 minutes. She is perfect and thus our new baby story begins.

Kaitlyn and Dylan are adjusting. I think we will get a true picture of how they feel when all the company leaves and everything goes back to just us. Katie has taken the mommy role and seems to be ok with Megan taking up most of my time.

I will write more when I have a chance.
