Megan Vs. Solids Round 2
April 30, 2007
Solids made their first move and it's a ....
TIE.
Solids score points for ending up all over the high chair and her outfit but despite their lengthy battle, Megan manages to scarf some of them down...
Well ok I'm being funny...Megan has stopped eating so much. I'm not sure why either. I guess this is finally an end to her growth spurt. She has lost about a pound and is looking a lot slimmer in her clothes. Don't get me wrong she is still a chop, but maybe starting to look more like a lean chop than a bulky chop. LOL.
The weather was 84 degrees yesterday and it felt absolutely wonderful. I'm gearing up for a garage sale of most of my baby clothes and Dh decided to work on the landscaping. It took him a couple of weekends but for the most part he is done. Today is a bit colder which is just crazy that our weather yo yo's like it does. It is going to be a high of 80 again where my parents are from.
Speaking of parents, my dad is doing absolutely great. Thanks to everyone who said they were praying for him. He had a heart lung scan done in Springfield, IL last weekend and won't get the results for two weeks. He is overall feeling ok after his time in the hospital but it will take time to get his strength back up again. He has lost almost 70 pounds when he was sick so it is odd to see him so tiny. My dad is 6'2" and usually 250 but not anymore. He and my mom had to go buy him some new pants this past weekend also. I understand that concept. I had to buy all new clothes after being pregnant three times. Mega chop did my body in.
Well hope all is well with everyone.
Thanks for Reading.
God Bless
Bridget, Mommy to Dylan (4 1/2), Kaitlyn (2 1/2), & Megan (~7 months)
