WELCOME SPRING!
April 15, 2008
Well we have finally passed the 55 degree mark. so WELCOME SPRING! The kids begged to wear shorts today but I reminded them that this is spring and not summer. The wind picked up a bit so jackets were needed but OH TO BE OUTSIDE. I FEEL LIKE A PRISONER in my own home during winter. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I'm spring cleaning. YAHOO.
Megan is 18 months and doing well. She is crabby lately with another double ear infection. We are on our second antibiotic. Fun for us and her. She is finally starting to grow some hair. Mostly she still looks like a baby until she starts saying two word combinations. She is quite lippy when it comes to things she wants but we have noticed that she doesn't mind what the other kids are doing. She is quite independent and it shows. They could be playing together and Megan is always off doing her own thing. She has an opinion on everything. She used to call herself baby but now she is toddler. If you call her baby, she will get upset and say no toddler.
Oh how time flies. I am enjoying our new found independence outside and praying the weather stays nice. We all have been couped up so long, I'm feeling much happier outside.
God Bless
Bridget, Mommy to Dylan (5) Kaitlyn (3.5) and Megan (18 months)
