Brrr It's Cold!

February 2, 2007

Well the high temp for Sunday is aproximately 7 degrees. That is super cold. I'm ready for Spring already and it doesn't normally get warm up here until June.

The kids are doing well. Megan is getting ready to be switched into her crib from her bassinette. She is way too long for it and is startling and waking herself up. She is almost out of 6-9 month sleepers because she is longer than 25". She is by far our longest baby. She isn't real chubby anymore but her length is just amazing. We are still nursing exclusively and she still will not take a bottle. I am pumping every other day once a day to give her a bottle but it usually results in tears on both our parts and she ends up getting to nurse anyway. I think I am just going to have to realize that she is a breastfed baby and that is that. We will start her on a sippy cup around 8 months or so but the bottles will just have to go in storage.

Katie is getting in her two year old molars and has been quite the crabby claw lately. She whines a lot and wants to sleep because her teeth are hurting. She has the top two and the bottom two are about to make their appearance as well. She started gymnastics on Monday nights and absolutely loves it. She can do her forward roll and is working on her cartwheel. I'm soo proud!!! We are still potty training kinda. I let her go when she wants and put her in a diaper when she wants.

Dylan's birthday is in four days. He will be four. I am just amazed at how fast these four years have gone. He is such a little man now. He can play his leapster and vsmile without our help now. He is looking forward to his Cars Cake and Ice Cream with his sister. :)

We are also praying for Chris (Dh) Grandpa because he is in the hospital again with pneumonia and it doesn't look very positive right now.
