Baby sleep issues are the source of some of the most frustrating moments (or
hours) for parents of infants. Part of the problem is that babies don't fall into
any set sleep pattern. Some babies nap in fits and spurts, including in the middle
of the night. Some babies won't sleep anywhere but their own beds. Some seem to
have their days and nights reversed.
It's possible, though, that by identifying your baby's sleep type, you'll be able to relax more, and you all can get more rest.
