Paper Plate Flower Wreath
You'll need:

• 3 different colors of construction paper
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Paper plate
• String
• White tacky glue

Here's what you do:
Using the pencil, trace your child's hands on the construction paper at least 10 times or as many times as you can. Carefully cut out each handprint.

Glue the handprints onto the paper plate. A good way to do it is to add one color on the outside and add other colors as you work your way in. You want the fingers to be the flower petals and face outward on the plate. Glue a row on the outside and then another color on top of that row and so on. It will probably take three rows/colors of handprints to cover the plate.

To make the center of the flower, cut out a small circle of any color paper and glue it in the middle. Staple a 12-inch piece of string to the back of the plate and hang it for all to see!
