Post-Childbirth Abs
You Can Get Them Back!
By C.J. Johnson
If you enjoy working out at home, Webb also has a new line of videos that will get you crunching. "I'm a no-nonsense type of instructor that wants to give a great workout that gets results," she says. "My new videos, I Want Those Abs, are two 15-minute workouts that are designed to give you the best exercises for abs."
Ellis offers sound advice for women seeking a toned abdomen. "Hold your head and avoid pulling it," he says. "Keep your eyes looking upward. Relax everything except your abs. Quality is better than quantity."
Webb has her own thoughts on old school exercises. "I don't believe in the old-fashioned sit-ups, but I do believe in curl ups," Webb says. "Most everyone can do them if the head and neck are supported."
As for Webb, she feels a six-pack is tangible for the exercise enthusiast if they follow two basic rules. "Nutrition and exercise!" she says. "You can't get it without the two. Combine cardio, muscle conditioning and good nutrition to get rock hard abs."
