Wand:
Wrap the dowel with aluminum foil and have your daughter make a shape for the end of the wand. The object (a star, a ball, a heart, etc.) should be large enough to thread onto the dowel so it won't fall off.

TIPS
  • You can spray glitter on the tights and shoes if you don't plan to re-use them.
  • Paint your daughter's skin with the body glitter for added effect.
  • Thrift stores might have tights, sheer curtains (for skirt), leotards and shoes.
